How To Lose Body Fat And Gain Muscle

In my last post I told you I  would give you my final review on a how to lose body fat and gain muscle program I’ve been using over the last few weeks.

So here’s my uncensored review of what I really thought about Kyle Leons’ ‘The Muscle Maximizer’.

Why am I writing this? Well, when I was thinking about buying The Muscle Maximizer, there weren’t many real reviews around so I thought I’d write one quickly to help any of
you who are in the same position I was.
But be warned, I’ll be going into both the good and the bad points, so if that’s
something you might not want to hear, then you may as well leave now.

Now as I said in a earlier post, Ive tried many, many training and diet programs over the years,with many different results, like, the best way to build muscle fast, diet to build muscle and lose fat and countless others, with the same results!

I kept on getting freakin heavier!

Now as Ive been getting older,Ive hopefully gotten a little wiser, I discovered with  The Muscle Maximizer, it was more to do with the ‘type’ of body you are, (there are 3 types), but mainly what you eat.

The Muscle Maximizer defines what body type you are, then builds you a personal diet to help build muscle and lose fat, Its like having you own personal fitness coach and nutritionist all rolled into one, but without the huge expense.

And let me just say,if I may, there are over 1400 different foods to chose from in the eating program alone, so, even if you are a fussy eater, I will bet there is enough foods for you to pick from.

The program also picks the right exercises for your body type too.

The chances are, like me, you’ve exercised before, and didn’t see much change, that’s because like the food we eat, the body type you are, also needs the correct exercises to get the most benefits.

So with the correct diet and correct exercises bespoke for you, that is why The Muscle Maximizer program by Kyle Leon has worked for people of all ages and from all over the world.


The software is so simple to use.

Now then, with any workout routines to lose weight or grow muscle,there are always things that are not great…

But I can genuinely say Ive only come across one, and that is that the software works out all measurements in imperial, fine if your in the United States.

But for European and other countries its a bit of a bummer.

Although I certainly wouldn’t let this stop me from getting the program.

So, in summing up, I would give The Muscle Maximizer 9 out of 10.

Lose Body Fat, Gain Muscle..

I said in my last post that I have been using a new fitness program for the last 5 weeks.

After doing a bit of research on the author Kyle Leon, I decided to give the programe a try.

First I went for a quick checkup with my local GP to make sure I was good to go with a physical training routine, all went well, a bit on the heavy side,but all else was ok.

My shortish term goal was to lose body fat and gain muscle.

Id trained plenty over the years but needed exercises to lose belly fat fast, remarrying four years ago to a fantastic cook didnt help :-) .

I thought I would start off at a local gym not far from where I live.

I studied the course for a few days and worked out what exercises I would do.I gave myself an hour to train and it all seemed to fit just nice.

Build upper body one day, lower body the next.

At the end of the first week following the eating and exercise plan I lost 2lb.

Week 2: Lost 2lb

Week 3: Lost 2lb

Week 4: Lost 1 lb

Week 5: Lost 3lb

Week 6: Lost 2lb

So after following Kyle Leon’s programe for 6 weeks, I have seen a big difference in my upper body muscles and lower body shape.

But the biggest loss has come from losing 5 inches of my waist.

All in all I am very happy with the programe.

My next post will be an in depth review into the programe itself.

How To Body Build Fast.

Have you noticed that nearly every day of our lives you hear, read or see things on being too fat,or too thin, how to lose weight this way, or how to body build fast that way…

Is there really any truth to it all?

You hear so much you dont know what to believe any more.

Take people who are under weight for instance, I know many people who eat whatever they want and never put on any weight, lucky them i can hear you say.

But for people like this it can be very distressing.

With peoples’ busy schedules nowadays, time is very limited, so spending hours in the gym can be a real headache, or near impossible.

You need to hit the gym before work or after, either way it can be really difficult.

You have to get the balance right between how to gain muscle fast, workout routines to build muscle and more importantly the correct diet to gain muscle.

Not everyone is in the position to hire a personal trainer to help them gain weight and muscle fast.

That is why I have decided to review some of the new weight loss/gain programs on the market at the minute and give an honest opinion of how good they are, or are not.

Ive spoken to many many people reagarding these issues and the general feeling is that there seems to be very little feedback from people who have tried these programs.

So over the next few months I will be writing reviews on many, lose body fat,gain muscle programs and give you an idea of which ones can work for you, if you either want to gain or lose weight.

I started a program last month and have lost 10lbs so far, but have gained some definition all over, more on this in my next blog.
